Vacancy Cleaning Specialists.
We're always looking for exceptional people to work the core vacancy surface: move-in/move-out cleans, listing refreshes, full property resets, and post-construction. Every specialist completes 40 hours of training before their first job. Every job runs to a written spec. No experience required, we'll train you in the Orange Grove Cleaning Co. Method.

What we need from you.
Open Positions.
Vacancy Cleaning Specialist
Pasadena & greater San Gabriel Valley · Full-Time
Work the core vacancy surface: move-in/move-out cleans, listing refreshes, and full property resets. Trained teams of two, paired with a lead, running to a written job spec on every property.
Post-Construction Specialist
Pasadena & greater San Gabriel Valley · Full-Time
Heavier lift. Dust, debris, and surface prep on properties coming out of renovation or new build. Works closely with contractors and property owners for handover-ready results.
