About the Role
Lead how Orange Grove Cleaning Co. shows up to the real estate community. Own our SEO, LinkedIn presence, and partnership strategy with brokerages, property management firms, and real estate associations across the San Gabriel Valley. Our goal: become the default vacancy cleaner every realtor and property manager in the SGV thinks of first.
What You'll Do
Own SEO, Google Ads, and local search for vacancy cleaning in the SGV
Manage LinkedIn and Google Business presence; light Instagram for portfolio-of-work credibility
Build partnerships with brokerages, property management firms, and real estate associations (PFAR, IREM)
Drive lead-to-booking conversion on the site and in the chat
Sponsor and attend brokerage events, real estate association meetings, and property management networking events
Create content that reflects our brand voice: sharp, credible, built for real estate professionals
What We're Looking For
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, real estate, or local services
Strong understanding of local SEO and Google Ads
Creative thinker who can write compelling copy for a professional audience
Experience building brokerage or real-estate industry partnerships
Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
Bonus: experience marketing to realtors, brokerages, or property management firms is a significant plus
