About the Role

We're looking for a creative, data-driven marketer to own Orange Grove's growth engine. You'll manage our digital presence, build local partnerships, and develop the community programs that turn happy members into passionate advocates. Our goal: grow from 1,200 families to 5,000 in the next 18 months — and you'll be the one making it happen.

What You'll Do

Own SEO, Google Ads, and local search strategy across all markets

Manage social media presence (Instagram, Nextdoor, Google Business)

Build and maintain partnerships with HOAs, realtors, and local businesses

Create content that reflects our brand voice — warm, real, never corporate

Track and optimize our quiz-to-booking conversion funnel

Lead community outreach — events, sponsorships, neighborhood presence

Support franchise marketing as we expand to new markets

What We're Looking For

3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in local services or DTC

Strong understanding of local SEO and Google Ads

Creative thinker who can write compelling copy

Experience building community partnerships from scratch

Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team

Bonus: experience in the Pasadena / LA market
