Agreement to Terms
By using the Orange Grove Cleaning Co. website (orangegrovecleaning.co) or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We've kept these straightforward so there are no surprises.
Our Services
Orange Grove Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning services in the Pasadena, California area. Our offerings include standard recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, specialty services, and Home Plan memberships. Service details, availability, and pricing may vary and are subject to change. We'll always communicate any changes that affect your booking before they take effect.
Booking & Cancellation
When you book a cleaning, you're reserving a time slot with a dedicated specialist team. We ask that you provide accurate information about your home so we can prepare accordingly.
24-hour cancellation policy. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer the slot to another family and ensures our team members aren't left without work. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Home Plan members receive one complimentary late cancellation per quarter as part of their membership benefits.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of each service unless you are on a Home Plan with monthly billing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
Home Plan memberships are billed monthly on your enrollment date. You may update your payment method at any time by contacting us. If a payment fails, we'll notify you and attempt to resolve the issue before any service interruption.
Liability
Orange Grove Cleaning Co. is fully bonded and insured. We take great care with your home and belongings. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during a cleaning, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve the situation promptly.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the cost of the service during which the issue occurred. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to items that were not disclosed to our team prior to service (such as fragile or valuable items requiring special handling).
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied with any cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge. Our goal is for you to walk into your home and feel the difference — every single time.
Termination
You may cancel your Home Plan or stop using our services at any time. There are no long-term contracts or early termination fees. Simply give us at least one week's notice before your next billing cycle, and we'll process the cancellation.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if we encounter unsafe working conditions, harassment of our team, or repeated payment failures. We'll always communicate clearly and give reasonable notice before any such decision.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
