About the Role
As Operations Coordinator, you're the glue between our 1,200+ members and our field teams. You'll manage daily scheduling, route optimization, and client communication โ ensuring every visit runs smoothly and every member feels cared for. This is a high-impact role in a growing company where your work directly affects the experience of real families.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimize daily cleaning schedules across 15+ neighborhoods
Coordinate with specialist teams on routing, timing, and special requests
Handle member communication โ booking changes, feedback, follow-ups
Monitor service quality metrics and flag issues proactively
Support onboarding of new members and team assignments
Work closely with the founding team on operational improvements
What We're Looking For
2+ years of operations, coordination, or project management experience
Strong communicator โ comfortable with clients, teams, and founders alike
Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
Comfortable with scheduling software and Google Workspace
Bonus: experience in home services, hospitality, or a startup environment
