About the Role

You're the connective tissue between our portfolio of realtor and property-manager clients and our field teams. Every job confirmed within 2 hours, every team briefed on a written spec, every job documented with before-and-after photos. Your work directly affects the real estate professionals who depend on us every day.

What You'll Do

Own the 2-hour booking confirmation SLA: every job acknowledged fast
Prepare and distribute written job specs before every clean
Manage client communication with realtors, property managers, and property owners
Coordinate daily schedules with Matthew (Head of Operations) and Sofia (Scheduling)
QC before-and-after photo handoffs to client inboxes
Onboard new portfolio accounts and manage multi-property relationships

What We're Looking For

2+ years of operations, coordination, or project management experience
Strong communicator, comfortable with clients, teams, and founders alike
Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
Comfortable with scheduling software and Google Workspace
Bonus: experience working with real estate clients (realtors, brokerages, property management firms)
