Your membership is billed monthly via the card on file. There are no contracts โ you can pause or cancel anytime with 14 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
Can I change plans later?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused specialty services transfer for 30 days.
What if I need to skip a cleaning?+
Life happens. You can reschedule or skip a visit with 48 hours' notice at no charge. Arroyo and Estate members get priority rebooking for the same week.
Do I get the same team every time?+
Yes. Consistency is core to our approach. You'll be matched with a dedicated 2-specialist team who learns your home's layout, preferences, and priorities.
What products do you use?+
We use eco-friendly products from Mrs. Meyer's, Method, and Murphy's. If you have specific allergies or product preferences, we'll accommodate them at no extra charge.
What's included in a 'standard clean'?+
Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and all floors โ dusting, wiping, vacuuming, and mopping. We follow a detailed 40-point checklist and leave a report after every visit.
Is there a commitment or contract?+
No long-term contracts. We earn your loyalty with every visit. You can pause or cancel with 14 days' notice. We're confident you'll stay once you see the difference.
